Sara Josephs

Founder

Sara founded SJ Startup Solutions in 2021 after serving as Head of People at four startups. With a background spanning high-volume recruitment and investment banking, she brings a unique blend of operational rigor and people-first thinking to every engagement. Sara holds a BA in Economics & Environmental Sciences from Duke University, an MS in Human Resources & Development from NYU, and a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell.
